Patinated furniture has incredible charm!

 

As the years go by, furniture ages; small marks appear here and there, and the paint tends to fade in the corners... All this experience gives the furniture an irregular and charming appearance.

 

But sometimes the furniture doesn't age well and its appearance isn't elegant.

In this case, I choose to give it a makeover and patina.

 

Initially, I created "classic" patinas, and then I discovered Florentine patina. It was love at first sight.

 

I trained with a professional in the spring of 2025 and am delighted to use this centuries-old technique. An incredible and complex technique that produces a subtle and delicate patina.

 

Now, depending on the piece of furniture, I choose between classic and Florentine patinas.
